“Very Impressive”
Reviewed October 30, 2012

We go here several times a year to see Air Force One and Marine One in all their glory. There are also displays of the oval office and the Berlin Wall. The special exhibits change from time to time. Christmas is a great time of year to go because of the Christmas through the decades display they do each year. If you want to really get to know Ronald Reagan, I can not recommend this museum enough. It's a highly educational family field trip.

“A great day to spend learning about our former President”
Reviewed October 29, 2012

If you have a chance, this place is absolutely a great place to visit. You'll learn about Reagan's childhood, his early movie career, and how he became the "great communicator" while working with GE. You can learn about his techniques in speaking, the notes that he kept close to himself while writing his, or changing written speeches. You'll learn about his decline with Alzheimer's, and get to visit him personally at his grave. You also can see many other artifacts, including a part of the Berlin wall, and air force one. Personally, I got much out of this visit: the guy was human, he believed in treating others with dignity, and he listened to the work force. He stood up for what he believed. After the visit, I felt ever more proud to be an American.

“Much more than we expected”
Reviewed October 28, 2012

The museum and library is located on top of a hill with spectacular views. We spent more than three hours enjoying countless video presentations and many other informative documents. One of the highlights was walking through Air Force One, a Boeing 707. The aircraft is indoors together with the presidential helicopter. This visit was much more than we had expected and well worth the admission.

“Good museum in a stunning location”
Reviewed October 28, 2012

His life and work ell presented but nothing the least negative about his 8 years as president. All his great themes and accomplishments are laid out nicely but no Iran-Contra or any other failures. It's an idealized biography. The extra audio guide added some material but not necessary unless you want to use it to take pictures. Air Force One is cool, seems so dated now, but where else will you get a chance to go on-board! A lovely setting high on a hill with great views.

“Very nice presidential museum”
Reviewed October 25, 2012

Overall the museum was great. It is set in a very beautiful area just north of LA. Seeing the Air Force One is worth the visit alone. The first room's flow is not great but it improves greatly as you move along. The pub in the Air Force One pavillion shows off Reagan's personality and love for having a good time. It was also a big plus to have the Treasures of the Walt Disney Archives currently there and all the busts from the Hall of Presidents. Highly recommend for any visit on the north side of LA.
