“Provided Gluten Free tortillas!”
Reviewed April 21, 2012

A great place with good service and nice food. They were able to cope with my special diet by providing a gluten-free flour tortilla - something that I've never experienced anywhere else. That made my day!

The place is fairly small and was quite busy, but well worth going to. The food is good Mexican food.

Would have gone back if we'd been there another night!

“This Brave Renegade...”
Reviewed April 12, 2012

Zorro's doesn't use shredded cabbage or carrots in their Wild Alskan salmon salad, but fresh mixed greens and avocado. We eat here often and it is understandably a local favorite. The burgers are Harris Ranch beef, the Mexican dishes excellent, the service fast and friendly, and it's a pleasure sitting outside under the giant palm tree. Zorro's is small, and you may have to wait, but the quality is right up there and the prices moderate.

“Good food”
Reviewed April 7, 2012

Fast service, good menu, spicey sausage! There was a little bit of a wait (10 minutes). Staff were friendly but during primetime the wait for the bathroom can cause you to cross your legs...

“Can't Wait to Eat There Again!”
Reviewed March 8, 2012

We were in the Pismo Beach area for +week, and needed a change of pace; less crowds, less tourists, so we fled to Shell Beach to relax and the enjoy the sceanery. There's several dining options in SB, but we chose the cozy cafe scene, as Zorro's is the place where the locals dine. The servers are friendly and fun, the food fresh, well-prepared and delicious. We liked Z's so much we had breakfast there, as well as lunch (on different days). Both were amazing! Can't wait to get back to Shell Beach again, and when we do, we'll go to Zorro's!

“Great Experience”
Reviewed March 4, 2012

It was a little crowded, so we were sat "out back" in the "back yard". That was OK... the yard is a little sloping, but it had some nice sunshine, and the servers were doing a great job; quite attentive. The breakfast was very good, and there was a lot to choose from on the menu. Prices were fair, and the location was terrific (1/4 mile from the Pacific ocean). You won't be disappointed here. The 7-grain pancakes were very tasty, as was the scrambled eggs and generous portion of crispy bacon. Parking is on the street, so be careful... it is a busy street.
