This is amazingly fresh organic food. They cater to wheat-free, egg-free, diary-free, gluten-free options. The staff is so nice and very personable. The chef salad was great with fresh sprouts, mixed lettuces, ripe tomatoes, cucumbers, crispy soy things that were tasty. I chose the avocado dressing which was creamy and a nice complement all the fresh veggies.
The pizza has crust options - whole wheat, Gluten-free rice and spelt and cheese options-goat, soy, tofu. It is not your typical pizza. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner so i cannot wait to try the pancakes and waffles. One thing to note they are closed on Mondays.
