Great southern style BBQ. Not overpriced, and you get what you pay for. Really awesome craft beer selection. From pulled pork to bbq ribs its all fantastic. I am a personal fan of the blue cheese grits, but they have many more interesting sides to choose from as well. Overall it is flat out awesome.

Yeah, the owner Gabe smokes some great ribs, brisket and fish, but he's also got fried green tomatos and blue cheese grits...yumm! And, he's got a killer selection of California and international beers on tap...no crap, just select craft brews and he changes them regularly so you'll always find something new and exciting. Great little place that I can't wait to try again. I also hear he'll double the size of the place in Dec. of 2007.

Essentially new for 2007, this boutique size restaurant is a welcome addition to the Main Street dining scene. This is truly good food. The southern dishes have a very authentic feel. When we first ate here with our two children, we shared a half salad - there are several varieties to choose from with good flavour combinations - and then moved on to two dinner plates - one with pulled pork, the other bbq ribs - the sides were creative with two choices offered from a large selection - we enjoyed the creamed corn and colared greens. We felt there was enough food for our children to share our plates so that room was saved for dessert. Not to be missed is the owner's interest in microbrews - each keg tends to be unique - beer there this week may not be there next week - ask for some advice for a good selection. This is a small site, so expect it to be full - there is a sign up list just inside the door and you can wait outside. I highly recommend this spot.

If you're in the mood for BBQ- this is a great find! They have Ribs, Brisket, Pulled Pork. I really enjoy the smoked albacore. The salads are great and cornbread comes with. There is a great beer menu w/ microbrew selections. The peach cobbler was great. I tried the fried pickles...it was an experience. Sweet potato fries are great- ask for some honey to drizzle on them. Only wish they had mac'n'cheese as a side. The owner said they might be changing up the menu soon so maybe that will be an addition and I'm hoping for some sweet tea too! The place is small and very casual, but the service and food are great. Give it a try- you'll come back for more!
