Hotel was full but staff never made me feel like they were rushing. We requested a roll-away at check in but they had none. Later one arrived and it was complimentary. I thought this was above and beyond the call of duty. Extra nice staff and accomodations. I would stay here again.

I've been staying in many Best Westerns for the past 4 months and this one is close to the top of the list. Everything is nice and I would stay here on a vacation. That says a lot. There is a jack in the box and a good Mexican restaurant walking distance. Or, even more if you want to walk further. Easy freeway access but you don't hear it and it has a small pool that was clean but I didn't use it. Breakfast is typical Best Western. Nothing to be excited about.

It is a motel - entrance directly from outside and not from an interior corridor. A bit overpriced. The room was large, clean and well furnished. The breakfast room is too small when the hotel is sold out and seating for breakfast is very limited. Powdered eggs & sausage, yogurt, cereal, juice, coffee and breads to toast. It is fine for a 1 night business trip, but I wouldn't have a longer stay.

Room Tip: Ask for a 2nd floor room, safer since the rooms open from the outside.

A little off the beaten path. Located on the front of the hwy, so you could deffinately hear the traffic. It was a nice clean room, with a typical Best Western Breakfast. Good value for the money. Took 6 minutes to drive into Santa Cruz. Very busy amusement type town. Not for adults. Drove 5 minutes south and found a beautiful beach and marina.

Room Tip: Ask to get a room away from hwy.

This hotel was not worth $200.00 dollars a night. The staff did very little and showed little interest in us. The rooms were newly remodeled but the sheets were not ironed or crisp and clean looking like other hotels we've stayed in. I feel they raise the prices to meet the demand of summer in California. If you can pay less, then I'd recommend it. We've stayed in Brookings Oregon right on the ocean and loved it and the staff. This did not hold a candle to that.
