Great food. Ordered the muscles and shrimp on the iron skillet, a cheese platter that was amazing as well as some oysters!! It was all first class... Highly recommend it even though it is an expensive endeavor..

We had a lovely lunch at this place. I absolutely loved the halibut served with couscous and seaweed sauce: it was really something out of the ordinary and truly delicious. Crab enchiladas were great as well, a little on the fatty side, but just a little. My daughter enjoyed the chicken with some very special baked potatoes. Overall, great view, interesting - not your everyday lunch- food. It's great to to try something out of the ordinary!

We stopped here for lunch during our walk by the bay. There was a good crowd, but we were still able to be seated outdoors without a wait. My husband ordered the sand dabs (not nearly as well prepared as at Scoma's down the street). I really loved the dungenous crab burrito. A half order along with the excellent bread was plenty for lunch. We thought pricing was a bit steep.

We did not find the "per glass" wine selection extensive or tasty. Chardonnay was just OK.
Pleasant service and great view.

We never considered Salito's for brunch, but what a nice surprise. First, they have a cheese bread starter for $4.95 that is incredible. I seriously could make a meal out of this and a small grilled shrimp appetizer for $9.95. Oh, the butter! For brunch they have open face omelets, topped with two sourdough toast slices - different, and really good. $9.95, I saw the Bacon Bruschetta Benedict that looked very, very good. I don't quite understand the up charge pricing on the brunch menu, but no big deal. We went at 11:30 AM on a Sunday in Nov. and had no problem being seated. A wonderful view of a marina and the bay makes it very "Sausalito", a great place to take guests and get very good food, a combination that's always hard for us to find. The service was wonderful, and they passed my brunch test- good coffee, refills kept coming! We had the cheese bread small grilled shrimp appetizer, two open face omelets $9.95 each and two coffees, $46.00. Plus tip. See you next Sunday!

A warm welcome, and the restaurant is large, airy and nicely done. We sat on the patio, and there were plenty of heaters to keep you warm. Had the double shrimp double crab with my husband. It was served on an impressive elevated skillet. The crab legs had very little meat on them, and the prawns were a bit over cooked and very greasy. Steamed vegetables were boring broccoli carrot and cauliflower. The best part of the meal was the large loaf of sour dough bread that we had. I understand that if we had chosen something else we may have been happier, but the waitress was of no help whatsoever, and didn't seem to know the menu or much else for that matter.
