5 of us were just here this past Saturday, arriving around 11:45. We were quoted a 45 minute wait, which seemed reasonable at that time as they were quite busy. 45 min later, we rechecked and were told that our table wasn't ready yet, but we were next. Noticing that many people were leaving and tables were empty and cleared, we kept rechecking over the next 20 min but were never called. People actually started trying to seat themselves. We finally got our table after showing the hostess that the table she had specifically told us was going to be for us had been ready for quite some time and that other people were trying to sit there.
After being seated, it was another 5-10 minutes before being acknowledged by the server. Ordering was very rushed and when asked the difference between the sours, he responded "they're all good, I like them all". We wanted food as well, but were told that most things on the menu would take a long time to prepare because they were busy--buffalo wings took 20 minutes, pizza takes 45 min. However, they did bring out one person's salad immediately, which made for a awkward 45 min of waiting as they were trying to be polite to the rest of us. The food was fine, but generic fare similar to what you would get at Chili's.
We got one of the full samplers, which was fun and had several interesting and tasty choices. But an outing, regardless of if you are eating or not, is a complete experience--one that is marred here by subpar services. Sure, Saturday is a busy day, but I can't imagine that this is different than a normal weekend for them. They need to get their stuff together. Of note, towards the second half of our meal we noticed that there was a line down the block just to get to the hostess stand but the 5 tables around us were completely empty.
