It is a nice hotel, nothing fancy, but clean and newly remodeled. The rooms are large and spacious. If they tell you that they put you in the new building facing the city ask for a room change. The better rooms are facing the courtyard. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Personally, if don’t need to be in the town of Santa Rosa there are better hotels with nice views.

I am Hyatt Member and thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. Beautiful inside and bartender Krystal was excellent. I spent four nights there. Really no complaints. Service was great and I enjoyed the room. Would stay again.

Great hotel experience. Excellently appointed and clean. Friendly, accommodating staff. Only complaint is the parking system, which has trouble recognizing some room keys. Staff also not good about responding to assistance requests at the parking gates, which may be an error in the system itself.

Confirmed with two queen-size beds, but delivered only one king size bed Air conditioning broken for the first day. Changed room. Bathroom Outlets not working for hair dryer. Lost and found service efficient.

Wonderful venue and outstanding staff, I am never disappointed when I stay here as they go above and beyond to ensure that you have a great stay!

Greeted in the lobby with delisous infused water, and they always have some wine in the later afternoon and other fun actives.

The rooms are great, mine had a great jetted tub and they event provided some bath salts!

The hotel is right near downtown which makes it easy to walk to all nearby restaurants and entertainment.

If you are looking for an outstanding stay look no further this is the place!
