As others have noted, this was a pleasant surprise - I did not expect to find great BBQ in wine country!
They had a special on St Louis ribs, which were described as longer and meatier than the baby back ribs; I love meat, so heck yes! Wow. A half rack consisted of 10 of the best ribs I've had in the last 30 years. Spiced perfectly, with a not-to-sweet sauce on the side, the meat was smokey, tender and perfectly cooked.
Our group sat outside, near the smoker, so our clothes/hair did smell a bit smokey the next day (and delicious!). The patio was perfect though, and I would recommend it if possible.
Appetizers were very good, and generously portioned, even the fried okra was good (not too greasy).
The specialty drinks appeared overpriced, skip those and head to the well-curated (and well-priced) wine list, large selection by the glass, try the Viognier.
We finished switch the sweet potato bread pudding - share this, as the serving is enormous, but so very good.
Service was excellent, with many servers bringing the food to our large party, food was hot, and severed the entire group efficiently and quickly.
