Description: Sazon is Spanish for "seasoning" and synonymous with incredible Peruvian cuisine! We combine family recipes with great service for amazing dining. Peruvian cuisine is a reflection of Peru's diverse geography, immigrant cultures, and even pre-Inca recipes! With a truly unique fusion of cultures, you'll taste dishes with hints of Spanish, African, Italian, and even Asian cuisines. At Sazon, our family serves authentic Peruvian recipes passed down by our great-grandmother, Maria Olinda, who herself boasted Peruvian, African, Spanish, and Italian ancestry! We invite you to share one of our unforgettable Ceviches with a co-worker at lunch; with 7 to choose from including a classic Ceviche Mango or the Ahi Ceviche Nikei with ahi tuna, you're sure to escape your workday stresses. Or bring loved ones for dinner to indulge in the amazing Pollo a la Brasa, free-range chicken marinated with a house blend of traditional Peruvian spices! Whether you're joining us for lunch or dinner, with friends or family, we invite you to savor the unique Peruvian flavors at Sazon!

“Small restaurant but delicious food”
Reviewed July 31, 2012

We went for late lunch and my family and I LOVED this restaurant. Everything we had here was delicious, including the 3 different types of ceviche. In addition, the servers were friendly and kind. It was a fantastic meal! It is a tiny restaurant in an unassuming area but really worth going out of your way.

“Off the beaten path and SO worth it!”
Reviewed April 5, 2012

Very small place, but once you step in and are greeted by Roberto's smiling face and words of welcome you know this will be the perfect place for dinner or lunch! The fried and stuffed potato appetizers were fantastic; the ceviche was artfully presented, tasted fresh and clean and was soon followed by our entrees of paella and such flavorful roasted chicken! I'm not a French fry girl, but these were so tasty and the aioli dipping sauce made them even more tantalizing. Passion fruit flan capped off a lovely meal and we will absolutely return! Brought our own wine, but will be sure to try the sangria next time! And that next time will be SOON!

“Peruvian magic”
Reviewed March 27, 2012

I have been a fan of Peruvian rotissarie chicken since I lived around the corner from a great take out place in NY. Friends had been to Sazon and recommended it highly. Our appetizer of potato croquet with egg and avocado was outstanding. The chicken and paella were just very good. Very friendly staff (perhaps the owner?). If we were local, we'd be regulars

“Ceviche out of this world”
Reviewed March 18, 2012

Being latin, I enjoy Latin food and Peruvians have a great selection of great dishes. Sazon is a great little place. Their ceviche was out of this world, haven't tried a good one like this is a long time. I had a lomo salteado and it was great and to finalize some alfajores. The staff is super nice and enthusaistic. Don't miss this place if you are in Santa Rosa.
