Awesome service, my bike was ready for pick up at reservation time. Road bike was awesome! Hope to have the opportunity to rent from them again.

We hired the manual bikes for the day and thought it was a reasonable price. Had a lovely cycle to hermosa beach and back. Have also cycled to Manhattan before too. The ride is lovely and relatively flat the whole way. The bikes come with a lock and you have to ask for a basket with helmets optional. The staff member who served us was on the phone at the same time, we found this very rude as there was little to no communication.

The Bike Center was convenient and very helpful. I brought my coworker and her baby so they gave us a very safe bike with the cart in the front. Also, the night before my teen hurt her leg so she was able to fit in the cart as well. The staff was also very nice

It was so easy and efficient that I went there twice in 2 weeks. The staff was cool, the bikes were good and the reservation online, very quick.

We made reservations ahead of time and everything worked as planned. We were able to get the bikes we wanted and they were in pretty good shape. The location is convenient to getting on the bike trail. We road to Manhattan Beach and back without any issues.
