Hubby & I were starving after long drive across the desert. Checking online, we thought Busby's menu looked good for the low carb diet we were suffering through. Really pleasant, helpful waitress had time to answer questions since it was early and the place was not at all busy. It was daylight when we ordered. But crowd arrived 1/2 hour after we ordered and it was another 1/2 hour before our food was served and the sun had set quite a while earlier. I think the cook hadn't come in yet! However, EVERYTHING was delicious, well prepared and presented, from the steak and lemon chicken to the steamed spinach and salad. Bartender passed by and gathered up plates including the one I was still eating from, fork poised! What's with that? We felt guilty still sitting waiting, waiting, waiting for our check with the crowd getting thicker. Before my wallet was back in my purse, a patron sat down in our booth as we were sliding out the other side. Ok, I get it.
