We were staying in Santa Monica @ Loews for a family wedding. The Loews hotel would not have been our choice, but, it was the wedding hotel. Too glitzy for our taste. Location was great. We walked down the street and found Cora's Coffee Shop. The shop is tiny, but, the outdoor sidewalk cafe is set in an arbor of plants. Very cozy and nice. Waiters were excellent. Breakfast was fabulous, and most enjoyable. It was the best part of Santa Monica (besides the wedding).

This little hidden restaurant is out of the way from where people walk and visit shops but the food is delicious.

Great menu and the best tuna melt I've ever had. The blueberry pancakes were great too (I didn't eat it all at the same time - going twice shows how much we liked it). The service was friendly but a little slow.

We loved this little breakfast place for its unusual choices, outstanding food, and interesting setting. Depending on who your server is that day (we went 2 days in a row), the service can be wonderful or completely missing (young man with many many earrings and piercings - might we suggest another career path?)

Food was good and the staff is efficient. Get there before 8 am for weekend breakfast, otherwise, you will have a wait.
