The food was good and there was plenty of it. The Steak, Guiness and Mushroom pie was great as were the fish and chips.

My husband had the finest pie of beef, gravy carrots etc. very yummy. Good service and very reasonable prices. A lot of food for the money. Happy hour menu and drinks available too enjoyed our dinner here.

This is a good place for Irish car bombs and Guiness. It gets a little packed for Happy Hour and I've never had the food. Most of the time I'm too drunk to remember much...

Seriously, I don't know how they maintain this kind of consistency over the decades, but this place just rocks. The Icelandic cod (fish & chips) are just too much perfection - and the clam chowder is the world's best - hands down. Nothing has come close and I've tried them everywhere I go. Apple pie with custard at desert - just doesn't get ANY better anywhere.

The only thing that is british is the decor. The only british beer they had was Newcastle brown. The inside is dark and dingy with american sports blaring out of the TV.

If your british then don't waste your time in here thinking your going to find a little piece of home.
