A cute house close to the beach with the boulevard. Great rooms and comfy beds. The service is great and they have a lot of advice for your trip further. This is a great place t stay in Santa Cruz. The only thing is that breakfast is not that big and there is not a lot of place to sit down.

Stayed for 1 night whilst travelling up highway1 to SF...the hotel is a lovely old house that has been fully refurbished with modern design and the owners should be commended for the initiative and investment...

We had booked a large suite which was very clean, a bit bizarre as the modern shower cubicle was in the room, it had lots of functions including sauna feature which we did not use....the room also had a nice bay window. The room strangely felt small as everything is in the 1 room including sinks, the toilet is in a cubby hole behind a sliding door...however some thought has gone into optimizing space. The bed was very comfortable and we had a good sleep, slightly interrupted by street noise on occasion but generally good....

The breakfast in the morning is a cold buffet with hot porridge, toast etc which you take back to your room, or can you can eat on the nice patio area outside which over looks the river which we did...

Biggest gripe we had was that the modern shower unit I mentioned, when used it leaked all over the floor causing a safety issue (slip risk), being open in the room this was a big problem...after complaining they did fix it up with towels around the base which did stop it leaking temporarily, this unit needs to be fixed permanently and I hope this would have been done by now...

Parking was good, and the staff were pleasant and available if you had any issue, including out of hours contact number, overall an okay comfortable stay for us.

Beautifully redone Victorian home converted into boutique style hotel, great location, helpful staff. It was the perfect location and space for our weekend get-away. Continental breakfast provided, fresh and plenty. Convenient access to wharf/boardwalk areas as well as the city strip. Highly recommended.

Rooms were very clean and nicely furnished.
It was very noisy at night and the early morning, had trouble to sleep.
We ordered a room with river view, which actually only was a very small part of the view (mostly street).

This is a beautifully restored house, lots of modern facilities but still maintains traditional features. Very clean and stylish and it has all you need, however the room was tiny! We kept bumping into the furniture!

Staff eye very friendly and helpful, with plenty of advice and tips about things to do/places to eat.

Breakfast was basic but it was nice that you could sit outside on the porch/in the garden and there was a nice selection of garden furniture to do so.

Great location, just a few minutes walk to the beach and Boardwalk.
