I found this lovely spot along the Santa Cruz marina where the crab boats are gearing up for the Nov opening of the crab season. The crab nets are stacked as high as possible along the edge of the dock. For a pleasant lunch stop during the drive from East Bay to Pacific Grove you could do a lot worse. Parking is not free but not expensive.
I chose the Wednesday lunch special of pulled pork sandwich and a creative salad. My wife had the sand dabs and sweet potato fries. Both were delicious and priced right. Both totaled $33.
I found the service to be impeccable and attentive.
If you are in Santa Cruz and looking for a comtemporary resto with marina views, try this place.
