CONS: By looking at previous reviews and trying to save a buck I thought to myself "It can't be that bad. Can it? " We arrived to a dangerously steep (hill) parking lot which made unloading a pain. As we entered we were greeted with nasty linens and barely enough leg space between the bed and bathroom to safely walk through to the restroom.

Upon entering the restroom for use you could see the tub was covered in pubes, but the most unnerving aspect of the tub was that it had a tendency to back up because it would not drain.

As many reviews have said, there is no wifi or A/C which wouldn't have been a problem because 2 fans are provided per room, unfortunately you could not discreetly open the window or close any curtains or blinds due to the fact that there were no real curtains. The curtains provided with the rooms are purely cosmetic. Absolutely 0 privacy; you can easily be seen. Last but not least there was only 2 total sockets to plug in any devices, one was located in the restroom and the other was only accessible by unplugging the cable box.

PROS: 1 block away from the Boardwalk, 3 blocks from the Wharf. Great Parking. Good television selection. Continental breakfast was ok (they actually had bear claws)

Conclusion: Don't be cheap, spend the extra $20-$30 on a decent hotel that is good for your health.

Other than no air conditioner and bad wifi I have no complaints. The view was nice, beautiful Boardwalk views. We didn't have to worry about parking being a block away from the boardwalk. The property seemed safe. The rooms had a fridge and microwave which is a huge deal when traveling with little ones. The room looked and smelled fine. We would stay here again. I booked directly through the hotel and got the best rates, only $100 for a weeknight. No swimming pool.

Yes it's a good location if your after the boardwalk and pier but that's about it.

Walked in healthy left with a rash and some form of pink eye. I'm not that fussy I'm travelling around America currently and have stayed in plenty of motels and this ones defiantly the worst in terms of cleanliness. I don't expect the hilton I know you get what you pay for so for an extra couple bucks stay up the road and you won't pay for a rash

Right across from the boardwalk. Lots of restaurants and attractions in walking distance. Clean, safe, and comfortable. The staff is friendly and accommodating.. wifi sucks but does kinda work lol.. Overall a nice place to stay !

Room Tip: The room on the end has a extra small sitting room that the others don't have .

This is a great place to stay. It is across the street from the boardwalk and next door to the bowling alley. The people are nice and the rooms are clean. It is also only a couple blocks from downtown so no driving necessary and the parking is free. We have been there 3 times this year and will definitely be going back again and again.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this motel for two nights during spring break. We got there around 1pm and they had a room ready for us. It's very very close to the boardwalk and that is what we were really looking for. I found a great deal online and got it for way cheaper than other hotels near there. But the room is out dated and when we first walked in it does have a very strong perfume-y smell. There was no AC/heater but the weather was perfect for us so it didn't matter. Our bed was clean, and so was the bathroom (no stains, hairs, etc). Although our bathroom door didn't really close correctly, you kind of had to shove it. Happy it had the mini fridge and microwave. Overall it worked for us but may not stay there again.

We just stayed at this hotel for one night over spring break. We chose it strictly on location, as it is walking distance to the boardwalk. We arrived early and the room was not ready but they let us park in the lot, we came back at check-in time, we went into our room and it had a horrible smell. I figured it was the chemicals for cleaning the room, but my husband said it was mold. No air conditioning unit to get the smell out, they had a dirty fan in the closet . In the bathroom there were hairs and dirt on the floor. The bedspreads were stained.
The positive was location, would I stay again? NO.. I would spend a few more dollars and stay elsewhere.

Room Tip: The pool was broken
