Good food, good wine, a whole corner devoted to kids toys and play things, free meals for the kids, but still a good place for grown-ups to play too.

HIGH PRICED, TOO LOUD. $8.00 for a spinach salad served on a 6" plate, with 1tablespoon dried cranberries, 1teaspoon cheese, and one walnut was a huge disappointment. The servers were efficient, but the loud music and high prices made if a disappointment.

Order fish or meat and get tiny slivers of same in vast amounts of mediocre pasta while paying eighteen to thirty bucks. Be a fool and let the owner rub it in while he plays at being a clownish Italian stereotype. You're way better off on the wharf-- at Stagnaro's, for example.

Ate dinner here on a Sunday night. The food was good and our server was great, but the music was too loud for much conversation. They seem to be trying to attract the college crowd with a disco ball and a thumping bass line. It looked like a fun place to hang out, but not a place for a quiet dinner. Food was on the pricy side. $65 w tip for two entrees and two low-end glasses of wine.

I had the smoked salmon alfredo...it was drowning in alfredo sauce and had very little shredded smoked salmon; i got sick after eating it. My husband had the ciopino; half of it came out of a can where you would expect fresh seafood for the price we paid for it. Pricy and very loud music. The owner has pictures of himself all over the place; is quack and was walking around with his hoes hanging off his shoulders; not appropriate at all. I expressed my unhappiness with my smkoked salmon dish and all they can do is apologize. No offer to correct it or intentions to do anything about it. It was the worst meal we had in Santa Cruz. No good; avoid it
