Spent four days at the Biltmore for the Innovation Games Summit and was pleasantly surprised - the room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfast, which was included, was not inspiring, but the staff were very friendly and the service was quick. Had two meals in the bar/pub and the food was tasty and well priced. The Biltmore is not far from local shopping centers, but you would need your own car or transport as a bit far to walk. Internet included - can't understand why other hotels are still charging for the internet.

I stayed here for four nights to attend the Innovation Games Summit. The Garden Room on the ground floor is huge by any hotel standards and the parking, motel style, very convenient.

Breakfast was adequate, but underwhelming by most hotel standards. The catering for the training and conference was excellent and seemed to please all of the delegates.

My biggest surprise was the in-house barr/grill which serves excellent wine and food. I had steak on one occassion and pasta on another. This was some of the best meals that we had on our ten day trip.

There are some great malls and restaurant options in the vicinity, so as long as you have transport, this is a very good option for business stays.

Room was in serious need of repair: worn carpets, splintered door, aged tile/tub, etc. Lobby looks like something out of the 70s and probably hasn't been updated since then. Receptionist was very kind and helpful. I get to the area frequently. I will avoid this one.

But that's about it. So so rooms. Clean and spacious. Very slow and spotty service at breakfast. All in all, its what it needs to be: a sufficient worker bee hotel. Bacon is above average but a bit greasy...

The food was cold. The waiters were piling the food that guest did not eat in the middle of the dining area. You would of thought they would have taken the plates to the back of the dining room to do that. It was not a pleasant look at all.

This is a nice hotel--they have a terrific hot breakfast that's included with the room. Dining room not open for dinner though and no place nearby (it's a residential, light industrial neighborhood with no restaurants but a 7-11 c-store next door). The bar has a dinner menu, but the food is not very good (bar food). The place is popular for meetings and they seem to have several small conferences here. I recommend the Hyatt House instead, although the Biltmore is cheaper. Rooms are nice and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. I just would like some nearby dinner options.

We had a meeting of 100 guests at Biltmore hotel, and the hotel made it so easy! The staff was helpful, the food was great, the price was reasonable and our meeting guests were happy with the venue. Plus, they have a great bar and restaurant for all the guests that need to stay overnight.
I would highly recommend Biltmore in Santa Clara!
