“Educational hands-on museum and free”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 29, 2013

I just went solo to scope it out for my family (wife, sons ages 3 and 6, in-laws, and cousins also ages 3 and 6 at the time). In the end, they went to the San Jose science museum instead. Comparatively, the science museum was a much better choice for these younger kids with short attention spans, but I really enjoyed the museum and will try to convince my wife and kids to go the next time we visit my in-laws in a few years.

While there are some cool hands-on experiences (how fast is a megahertz, really), they don't have quite the same captivating effect as a drawing robot or other stuff at the science museum.

“educational if you like tech”

used to work for intel. if you are into tech and the semi-conductor process, this is the only museum of its kind. but you have to really like the process of making microprocessors.

“Very educational”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 3, 2013

Displays are informative but not a lot to do for kids to have a hands on experience. Has potential but lacks the tourist draw as say the World of Coke or Hershey Chocolate World.

“Great Museum for Pics”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 8, 2013

A quick museum you can see in about 20 minutes, but had some interesting items showing the beginnings of Intel. A gift shop attached
