Stayed here for two nights as part of our west coast vacation. When checking we were pleasantly surprised to find that we had been upgraded to a king super delux (due to an email my wife sent saying that the trip was part of my 50th birthday celebration) and that a bottle of fizz and some chocolates were also provided - the card was a nice touch. Staff were very welcoming and friendly - particular mention for Aaron and Frank who were very helpful. Hotel was very clean and the cheese and wine reception and cookies and milk were greatly appreciated. The inclusive continental breakfast was a good start to the day - not often found these days! Well worth the stay and is in close proximity and a reasonable walk to both the harbour and downtown areas. Would stay here again.

Such a lovely place to stay in Santa Barbara. We were upgraded and had a bottle of champagne waiting in our room. Swimming pool area is lovely and jacuzzi/hot tub is really nice too.
Our room was huge, spotlessly clean and had a kitchen area which we didn't expect, and a little patio area which led out to the pool.
Short walk to the harbour, a bit further to downtown but it's a cheap Uber journey.
The breakfast options were huge and we also had wine and cheese in the afternoon and cookies in the evening. Very happy!

We thought this was an excellent place to stay with kids. There was a kitchen in our room, plenty of space and all the amenities that we needed. Breakfast was minimal but sufficient each day and the offered other things like 'happy hour' in the foyer to encourage people to get out and meet each other. The pool was excellent - heated. It was a shirt walk to the water which was good and we were able to find our way around easily. There was a laundry which was much needed by this stage of our trip. Bikes could be used for free and we really loved it!

The hospitality was excellent. All staff were really helpful. Frank was on the desk when we arrived and he organised for a bottle of champagne to be sent to each room for our birthday celebration. Nik spent time organising a table for us at a local restaurant. Breakfast was lovely and,we really enjoyed the wine and cheese around the pool. Spent time in the hot tub - wonderful. Would recommend hotel.

We stayed here for one night and were impressed with the hotel and facilities. Enjoyed the Wine and Cheese hour and Milk and Cookies, such a nice touch. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area
