This wine sampling experience was fine overall. The employee pouring the wines was very knowledgeable, but a bit snobby, which made one member of our group feel intimidated. It would have been nicer if she had spent some time explaining the wine tasting process, and teaching, rather than ordering us around and being impatient if we didn't "do it right". However, the tasting room is filled with atmosphere, with warm golden lighting and wine barrels from all over the world lining the walls. We had fun reading the barrels, and chatting at one of the many tables filling the room. The wines were quite good, although a little pricey. I understand that if you are a "member" you have quite a few nice benefits and discounts, which might be worth considering. Our issues weren't with the wine, or the winery---just with an impatient, self important employee, which kept this rating from being higher.
