We went to Bouchon for dinner on our first night in Santa Barbara. I believe our waiter's name was Steven and both he and the restaurant were fantastic. It was a very lively atmosphere wide open to the street. I highly recommend the crab cakes, scallops (ours were about 2x the size of typical scallops) and blueberry ice cream (likely the best ice cream we've ever had). Our waiter was also great at recommending some amazing local wines. Next time we are in Santa Barbara we will definitely return here.
