Booked this over the phone as I had a few questions about timing and location. My questions were answered courteously and helpfully. There are two kayaking groups- a morning and afternoon, though everyone leaves at the same time. While the morning group is kayaking, the afternoon group is hiking... Snorkeling was also available with equipment provided by the SBAC. I did not see any on the island and it wasn't one of the options given when we landed. If you want to snorkel, I suggest you bring your own, just in case your experience is like mine. That said, there are plenty of trails to keep you busy and vista points to just settle in and enjoy. The afternoon kayaking session is a bit more abbreviated than the morning session, as the winds tend to pick up later in the day and the ocean gets a little rougher- as it was explained to me. Regardless, we had plenty of time on the water and in the caves. Our guides were exceptional in their knowledge of kayaking- safely!- and about the flora, fauna and history of the area. We had a great time and would do this again. Pack a lunch!
