“It's a street......”
Reviewed November 21, 2012

It is a street, like downtown Key West <-- which is much much much nicer and more fun. It has restaurants and shops. It is either extreme of recycled stores or high end.
Was not impressed enough to rate it any higher.

“Fun”
Reviewed November 20, 2012

A great area. Tons of restaurants. A couple of movie theaters. Take the electric shuttle up and down the street, even all the way down to the beach. Totally worth it. 0.50 one way.

No shortage of restaurants, cafes and coffee shops at all different price points. Very walkable and public parking garage available.

“kind of grubby”
Reviewed November 15, 2012

I'd never spent time in downtown SB before so I didn't know what to expect. Maybe it was just the overcast sky, but the whole area struck me as dreary and messy. Reminded me of Portland, OR. Lots of seemingly homeless lay-abouts. Lots of litter.
