The location -- adjacent to the beautiful Pacific Ocean and a neighboring lagoon -- make for a very pleasant, temperate day. The exhibits are well-maintained and interesting. There's plenty of open area for picnicking and play and intermittent interesting and educational presentations. Easily walkable with just the right amount of elevation changes, it's doable in a matter of a few hours without tiring or rushing. Great way to spend a morning, afternoon, or the whole day.
