I have travelled extensively, both business and personal, for over 20 years and I can't remember a time when I received worse customer service. $170 for a "suite" which was really was really just a larger room with a king bed. When I made the reservation I was told it included a pull-out bed. When we arrived, there was no second bed but I was promised it would be delivered before 9:00, okay fine. 8:50, no bed, 9:00, no bed, two calls to front desk, more promises, no bed, 1st trip to registration desk, more promises, 9:30, STILL NO BED, second trip to front desk, manager cops an attitude, tells me to calm down (I hadn't raised my voice up until then) and asks me "why did you book a king room if you wanted two beds?". It was then that I raised my voice and said "because I was told the room had a pullout bed when I made the reservation!", finally he got off his butt and delivered the bed. When you pay $170 for a room that is mediocre at best, I don't think it's asking too much for people to deliver on their promises and provide good customer service. This is a case study in how NOT to treat customers. Save your money and stay away! This place is the worst!!!
