The desk manager, Ed, was a very rude man to me and had the smell of alcohol on his breath. There was no one at the reception desk for 10 minutes when we arrived. When Ed finally appeared and I said we have a reservation, he said rudely "Can't you see the sign? Checkin is at 3 pm!"

My wife said she could definitely smell alcohol on his breath. I think he was drunk.

The next day during breakfast the entire breakfast room could hear some guest screaming angrily at Ed at the front desk.

The hotel itself however was very nice and no other complaints.
