Best Western Coyote Point Inn

The hotel was clean and the front desk was efficient with check-in and check-out. It was a quick stay so there weren't any additional features tried. The only disappointment was that the flight was late. We called for the free shuttle at 12:05 am but the shuttle service stopped at midnight. It cost an extra $60 to get 2 cabs for our party to get to the hotel.

Things did not start off great. Our plane was 1/2 hour late and the hotel shuttle would not wait for us even though I had called and asked if they would. So, we ended up spending $30 to take a taxi to the hotel. Upon arriving in our room, we found an empty plastic bottle on the floor next to the bed. Also, there were food stains on the refrigerator which I had to clean. I called the front desk and reported it and she said she'd make a note of it. Then a little while later my husband struck his bare foot on a piece of tin foil - like substance. I did not call again but brought it to the front desk in the morning. The two girls on duty were indifferent and seemed upset that I brought this up. After this rough start, the rest of our stay was uneventful and our room was always clean. One note about breakfast: they definitely need 2 MORE waffle irons. There was only one and there was always a long line of people waiting.

Room was typical Best Western. It had all the basic amenities, large room, and comfortable bed. I had a very bad experience with the airport shuttle and struggle with recommending staying here due to the rude behavior by the shuttle driver. I reported the incident to Best Western but based upon the prior reviews the management does not seem to care about service.

The check in lady was very sweet and friendly. The hotel was very clean and the lobby was impressive by our simple standards. The beds were very comfortable and we wish we could have stayed longer. The breakfast consisted of eggs and sausages and waffles like most. I was disappointed again with the "fake" eggs that was served. May I suggest more fruit and plain greek yogurt instead of fake eggs and sausages?

Perfect location, good price, amazing staff. We needed a place near the airport the last night of our stay. Coyote Point was perfect. Shuttle service to airport was on time and very helpful. Front desk was very well informed and assisted us with our plans for the day. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who asks.

Very nice hotel. Stayed here 2 times (5 nights in total). About 10 minutes drive from the airport and less than 30 minutes to San Francisco center. Receptionist friendly and helpfull. Spacefull and clean room and bathroom. In the close area there are no shops or restaurants. You have to drive about 10 to 15 minutes.
