This is a newly opened hot pot dining restaurant. The lunch and dinner prices are about $17-$29pp for AYCE, otherwise $12-$17. I decided to do the AYCE to check out what was available. The meats were thinly sliced and rolled, so that indicated frozen meats. The vegs were nice and fresh, suggesting it had been water bathed before being put on the conveyor belt. The selections are somewhat limited, but decent & adequate enough. Occasionally, clams, mussels, oysters Dungeness crab, baby octopus and fish slices (white fish, didn't know what kind) came by. Dishes are small, but adequate; you can always wait for the next round for more. A decent selection of dessert and fruit items to cleanse your palate. The sauce bar could be improved on with better signage. The AYCE option is nice but price is a little high (imho). Broth options are nice, but a little on the bland/subdued side. Will try to give it another go sometime.

Fresh ingredients are part of the foundation of our business, so we're glad you enjoyed the veggie selection, Dennis. Our meat choices are similarly fresh, but definitely let us know if you think something tastes off. As far as the sauce bar goes, we appreciate the A+ feedback on how we could improve. We'll chat with the staff and work to make it even better.

If you haven't had a chance to stop by since your first visit, come on in naytime. We'd love to hear how your next meal with us is.

Best,
Seapot
