Great location, close to downtown San Luis Obispo (walking distance), short drive to wine country. Property is little on the older side, but seems to be well maintained. Room had a refrigerator and microwave (very conveinent). Din't deal too much with the staff, but when I did, they were courteous and prompt. Housekeeping kept the room well stocked with linens and toiletries. Will be visiting San Luis Obispo next year again. I plan to stay here once again, if rate is as fair as it was this time.
