we literally stumbled on this fine restaurant. We rambled into downtown San Luis late one evening, got out of the car and walked into a wine bar seeking a glass of local and some light fare. They did not serve food and recommended the place across the street. We entered the side door into an enclosed patio very reminiscent of Italy and enjoyed a really good meal. Our server was very informative and told us about the long history of the restaurant and made excellent recommendations. He raved about the ribeye steak special which I never had ordered in an Italian restaurant and sure enough it was well prepared and quite tasty as was the caprese salad and the local Piton. This place was an unexpected surprise.
