Went to a Big Brothers/Big Sisters benefit here this summer. Docents were wonderful and knowledgeable, program was fantastic and surroundings fantastic! Would hardly recommend for the gardening fool in your life. Thanks Mr. Bush!

“Such lovely plants with the history of them, helps understand the plant live around this area”
Reviewed August 12, 2011

Lovely, learn how some of the plants from other countries arrived in California. Good tour if you love plants.

“Worth Your Time”
Reviewed February 24, 2011

Beautiful gardens - not too large and tiring. Self guided tours with wonderfully kept plant specimens - punctuated with interesting whimsical art. Solar powered water pump which kids will really enjoy. My understanding is they are fully engaged with plans to greatly expand on to many more adjoining acres. Peaceful place to be - great for nature lovers and photographers. Playground, picnic, trails, and fenced dog park areas are within walking distance. Oh....and it's FREE!
