This place was closed for some time. Driving into SLO we realized that it had reopened and thought we would try it with its new name. The restaurant is very quiet and charming. It has several rooms, like an old house with fireplaces. There was a lively crowd in a bar area as well. They had a huge menu and also specials. Their wines by the glass were very nice and most were local.
We learned that the owner seated us and also had owned the original restaurant at this location years before. The wait staff could not have been nicer. I do not eat meat so they made sure I chose an appropriate meal. Delicious fresh salads also.
My husband, had some special that he throughly enjoyed.Every item was made specially for us, or so it seemed.
Drive slowly when you are on Marsh going into SLO so you don't miss this restaurant.
