Walked in ten minutes after the 9 AM opening and saw four tables already waiting for their breakfast.
The bowls are large and can accept fistfuls of onions, chili peppers, Thai basil and bean sprouts before topping off.
The broth is just right and does not need any more salty extra, except for a dash of the spicy red chili sauce.
The beef and noodle portions could be more generous but this is breakfast after all.
It is a good pho place that validates the recommendations of knowledgeable customers.
