My Brother-in-Law took us to A Bite of Wyoming for breakfast. It's an unassuming little coffee shop with friendly staff and good food and reasonable prices. The Wyoming name is a hint that they serve buffalo. My wife has scramble eggs, home fries and a buffalo patty. My Brother-in-Law and I went for the homemade buttermilk biscuits topped with sausage gravy. You might want to opt for the one biscuit version ... because by the time they split two large and fluffy biscuits in half and cover them with sausage gravy, you have a lot of food. Good coffee and good and friendly service made this a great way to start the day.
