The table is a nice place for a good meal in willow glen. I can't compare it to restaurants in SF, but good for the area.

Great cocktail selection, and interesting menu selection. A nice friendly serving team.

I would come back.

Interesting menu that includes some unique choices. The food was good, although the portions were small. Fairly new restaurant in Williw Glen, so get there early or make reservations to avoid waiting-as this is a new hot spot.

We recently stopped by here on the recommendation of someone in the restaurant business. It was a good choice! Our server, Liz, was excellent and very helpful in offering information on menu and wine choices. Everything is fresh and we enjoyed some delicious dishes. I would recommend everything but the meatballs. They need "work." The sourdough bread was a great accompaniment. We chose a nice chardonnay to go with our meal. I would return to this restaurant.

We are astounded by people who don't like this restaurant. For those of you that don't like fresh, organic, properly sized, perfectly prepared food, you can now go across Lincoln Avenue and eat the crap with the geezers at Lou's Village. We have now been to The Table for lunch, brunch, and dinner. Each meal is unique. Every time you order, you can mix and match from the appetizers and entrees, all can be served to share. So tonight we had beets (B+), rabbit fritters (A++) , beef cheeks (A++), Kale with sunchokes (A), and the vanilla cheesecake (A+). The fresh sourdough rolls are outstanding (A+++). Food bill was $70 for all that. Great selection of bourbons, oops had 3....Every meal to date has been great, with knowledgeable and friendly staff. We are happy to live in Willow Glen!

Made our first visit here for a dinner with friends for the holidays. The service was attentive and not pushy, the staff knew the menu well. Our waitress also knew the wine list and cocktail options - impressive that she was familiar with both. They were very attentive to be sure that the cocktails were correct too.

We were greeted by one of the owners and he took time to ask us several questions and to answer questions we had about the new place. One of us is a vegetarian and while the menu is inspired by a carnivore, the kitchen was very happy to accommodate our requests. The menu reminded me of a French Bistro, but definitely with a Northern California/wine country influence. They have the best duck confit you will find in the south bay. A lovely and needed addition to the food scene in the south bay. Lucky for Willow Glen!

What would I change? I would set up a wine pairing menu and offer four options - a 2 ounce pour to pair as a tasting with appetizer plates, a regular glass, a 1/2 bottle and of course a bottle. Bistro food with these amazing appetizer options works well with the 2 ounce pour and that way we get to try more new wines at the restaurant.

Looking forward to a return visit.
