Wanted to try the new Bobbie's cafe(across the street), but it was too crowded. So decided to go to the OPH. Thought it odd that it was not crowded (as had seen long lines in the past). Now I know why the place was not full, the food quality has gone down & the prices up. Ordered a Denver Omelet & buttermilk pancakes ($9.99). The omelet was huge, but had no taste (heavy on the veggies, very little ham). The pancakes were awful; tasted like cardboard, I think the batter they used was stale. Also, if you ask for ketchup, you don't get a bottle; just a tiny dish of it. Service is attentive (hence 1 extra star), as they kept the water glass & coffee cup filled, but the coffee is bad (no taste, watered down). Overall, this place feels like they are cutting corners & their food quality shows it. Never again.
