“Pleasant Little Former Town”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 9, 2013

Willow Glen is a town that got scarfed up by San Jose and mostly ruined in the process. But the older sections retain a reasonable amount of charm. Typical boutique shopping zone struggling along.

“Nice day visit”

Vintage clothing, good restaurants, and immaculately restored Craftsmen houses. If you want to imagine what San Jose could be like if it was still a small town, then this is the place to go. My wife and I like to come here for some lunch and window shopping, and then we walk around the neighborhood and look at the beautifully restored houses. A perfect activity to fill a Saturday or Sunday

“Willow Glen: Quaint in an upscale kind of way.”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 7, 2013

While vacationing in California, I had the pleasure of staying in a rented guest home in Willow Glen. We flew into San Fran, then on to San Jose, as we approached our rental, I was a little concerned as it seemed we were getting into a rough section of San Jose. A short drive later, we turned a corned which put us on Lincoln and Willow Glen opened it's doors to us. We were located on a side street off Lincoln with lovely bungalows and majestic red woods. A short walk took us to great restaurants and interesting shops. The weather was beautiful and the family enjoyed every minute of our time there.

“Willow Glen area, San Jose”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 31, 2013

Willow Glen is a small town that was surrounded by San Jose. It still has the small town charm with it's own downtown, including shops, restaurants, parks, etc. Great for a day visit, lunch, dinner, shopping or just hanging out!

Great area, wonderful variety of shops - no big box or chains! A great place to eat, shop and just hang. Lots of events here on regular basis.
