“Wonderful experience”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 9, 2013

My son will be 3 this Sunday and he really had a ball today in this fascinating museum. We spent 2,5 hours inside and although we could not explore what is outside, we had to leave, because he was tired and wanted to have a nap. :)
Our only problem with the place was that it was extremely noisy and crowded, but I suppose you cannot help it. We visited on a Thursday morning, so I do not want to imagine how packed it is on a Saturday let's say.
I saw quite a few frustrated parents with younger kids (under 1-2), so I would not really recommend this museum for the very littlies, as there are far too many stimuli for them and they cannot enjoy the exhibits as much as older kids do.

“Fun for kids 3-10”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 7, 2013

My child isn't 3 years old yet, so his experience here is much more limited than the older kids. I think kids 3-10 would LOVE this place. Lots to play with and to learn. There is a room upstairs for the under 3 year olds, including a small room for the non-walkers. But honestly, unless there's a special "free" entrance day, it's not worth it for that age group. Looking forward to bringing my kid back once he's older!

“Fun for kids 2-6 grade.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 7, 2013

Just enough science and wonder to keep these low attention kids busy. But they do have a area for specifically only for children 5 and under (you can't go in unless you are this age or have siblings at this age), They have rotating exhibits, theater, garden, experiments, messes to create. Wonderful for encouraging creativity and experiments.

“crazy buzy”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 8, 2013

Went over spring break and the place was overwhelmed with
parents, grandparents and children. Everyone was having a great
time in spite of the crowds. There are enough different activities that children 3-10 would be entertained. Be prepared with a change of clothes because there are VERY wet play areas and
a play garden that involves mud and dirt. 5 year old loved most
everything.
