I originally came because of their Body Worlds exhibit they were hosting but was pleasantly surprised by the other exhibits that promote science to kids. It would have been awesome to go to if I was still younger. A must for the family to go!

Good for kids of all ages
Can easily spend half a day with kids.
Robot making, craft making, cyber sec awareness are very good
we love science museums and this one was great. We only had 2 hours and only managed 2 exhibits. Could have easily spent a full day there with our 8yo son.
I’ve lived in San Jose all my life and finally decided to take our 10 year old son downtown to check it out, $110 for our party of 4 with IMAX tickets and he had a hard time finding a single exhibit that kept him intrigued. We enjoyed the IMAX theater but finished up the museum in much less than 2 hours, I say save your money, he has more fun going to Santa Cruz
Lots of interactive stuff to do for everyone! IMAX movie "Super Dogs" was great..... sit all the way up at the top for the best viewing!
We took our 8 year old grandson a few months ago. There were very few activities for his age group. Their was a VR activity but he had to be older. He was bored after three activities we found (keys etc). Note, his first desire is to stop and Barnes and Noble to read and buy books. He has a number of interests with and without screen time. We will not take any of our 8 grandkids (all under 11 years old) to this venue again.
