My family and I have been going to this restaurant since moving to San Dimas in '98 and always had positive experiences. However, the last couple of times we've gone, the service was not good, the food was mediocre, and if my husband and I had not closely looked at the bill, we would've been overcharged for a third meal that we did not order. After letting our server know of the mistake, he told us he credited our card (debit) and then charged us the correct amount. After checking our online account the following day, both charges had been debited from our account. We called the manager, whose attitude was pretty aloof. He actually stated that this "happens several times a month," and in a day or so, the credit would appear. Perhaps this situation happening "several times a month," is several times too many! We will no be holding our family functions at this establishment.
