“5 Star view; 3 Star amenities; 2 Star cust. service.”
Reviewed May 18, 2016 for a stay in May 2016

This home is located on a high bluff above the pacific coastline, so the views of the ocean and shoreline to the north and south are amazing - morning, noon and night! The property was clean - to include bedding, dishes, cookware, silverware, glassware, floors and seating areas. The fixtures in the bathrooms and main kitcenare in need of updating. The laminate flooring is showing signs of wear - especially in high traffic areas.
The first issue arose when we walked into the garage. One of the 3 parking areas was being used to store property and cut the total available parking spaces down from six to five. We were hosting a large group to celebrate Mothers Day and our son's graduation and needed that lost space.
Second, the spa tub only had one working water jet and no thermometer - built into the spa or a floating one that is tethered to the spa. My sister-in-law scalded her foot while attempting to use the spa tub - may not havehappened if the spa had a thermometer.
Third, the gas grill could not be lit by using the igniter - my brother-in-law had to disassemble the grates in order to light each of the 5 burners, then reassemble the grates. When this was reported to the rental agency, Seabreeze, they responded by dropping off a hand-held propane lighter like the one already in the kitchen! WHAT!?!?
Finally, we searched the house for a first aid kit when my sister-in-law hurt herself, to no avail. We also realized that there was no fire extinguisher in the house. There should have been one in or near each of the home's 2 kitchens.
This was our first time ever renting a vacation home. We will have a LOT more questions to ask prior to committing if we ever do this again.
