Thai Paradise Restaurant is a real find! Tucked away in what looks like a medical center, it is a family owned and operated (10 years) local favorite. It's cozy (not crowded) w/ just 8 tables, but worth the wait. To-go is real popular here.
Authentic Thai food that brought back the memories of my most recent trip to Thailand. The Tom Yum Goong soup is a MUST, as is their Pad Thai noodles (picture of plate & recipe submitted). I also enjoy their Pad Prik King (don't laugh, it tastes like chicken, just kidding). Unless you have a leather tongue or are a gluten for pain, stay away from (or go very lightly with) the chili-oil sauce.
They have recently opened another restaurant (Thai Palace) across town, so I'll have to try it soon.
