This is one of our regular haunts in San Clemente. The thin, crispy wood-fired pizza is superb and features both traditional (e.g. Margherita) and non-traditional versions (e.g. Prosciutto, dates and peas). All produce is sourced from local farmers, and salads and other menu items change seasonally. The owner butchers his own pork; any pork dishes are superb. This is a winner!
