We used this as a 'last stop' before a 70km morning drive to Anaheim (Disneyland). A family of 4 staying in a Queen/Queen room.... The room was modern, clean and well presented. And a nice quiet place despite being relatively close to the Freeway (forgot to check if it was double glazed but suspect yes. Just to be picky - the air conditioner was placed about 1 foot from the side of the bed - and with a special deflector to stop it blowing up the curtains this guaranteed a cool draft over the bed everytime it turned on (about 20 minutes each and every hour overnight). Hmmmm. At least there was a sofa bed at the other end of the room...

Breakfast was included - and was a pretty full American continental (ie lots of sweet things, but no bacon/eggs etc). Including a waffle maker, and including a big pot of Oatmeal, and some fresh fruit.

Parking is outdoors and free (and plentiful given the shopping precinct location).

This Hotel is positioned in a large open plan shopping complex (ie lots of car parking, and warehouse sized shops such as Best Buy, Sam's Club etc. Also - there's a pretty good range of family friendly restaurants scattered around - no doubt to cater for worn out shoppers. But also the Hotel Crew.

No idea how well this Hotel is located for San Bernardino's other attractions - as we didn't really get out of this precinct much.

I paid the government rate of $84 so this place was a great deal. The location is the best feature of the hotel in that it's located next door to a BJ's Restaurant and across the street from several others with easy access to the freeway. This is not a hotel that your family would vacation at but it's great for 1-2 nights.

Right off the freeway, about midway between Palm Springs and the chaos of LA. This hotel is located in a shopping/restaurant area, so you'll never have to look far or worry about the time when you're hungry. Well kept indoors as well as out and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. We used our accumulated Marriott points for this stay, which was an incredible bargain even though we had a standard room instead of one of the suites. The standard room was quite small, but nicely done and the beds were very comfy. From past experience with this chain, don't pay more than 119. per night for the standard room or 135. per night for the small suites.

I stayed at this hotel for a recent business trip. The location was perfect. The hotel was clean and relatively quiet. Recreational facilities were nice with a workout room (treadmills, eliptical cross trainer, bike machine), an indoor pool, and a hot tub. The breakfast was substaintial with microwaveable Jimmy Dean sandwiches which were surprizingly good. Also plenty of fresh fruit and yogurt was available. Nice looking lobby and room decor. Free internet access. Definitely will stay here again when traveling to the San Bernardino Area.

When booking in San Bernardino you must consider what little league or soccer tournament is in town while your there. There always seems to be a tournament in town. By the time we booked our hotel most of the rooms were taken for a soccer tournament. We knew this might be the case. We travel to San Bernardino for family at least twice a year.

This was our first stay at this Fairfield Inn. I primarily like to stay at a Marriott's property. The only room available was a king bed room. The room, though small was clean and comfortable. The bath was large for this type of room and the bed was very comfortable. It servered or needs for our three nights.

The hotel staff was helpful at checkin and when we checked out. We had some concerns about noise from the many soccer kids and the hotel tried to accommidate us as best they could.

The only complaint was kids running up and the halls. The walls to the halls seemed to be thin although we heard nothing from the adjoining room. We did hear noise from the room above us. They seemed to settle down after a breif period of time.

Over all our stay was what we would expect from a Marriott Fairfield Inn. If needed, I would stay here again although it would not be my first choice.

Recently stayed here , on my way to a early morning meeting in Palm Springs. Good location, but $135 seemed a little expensive for the room. Pretty standard room , and breakfast. I've stayed in the area before, just think its a bit over priced and loud. I would consider looking for better value and quiet rooms elsewhere.
