This is a chain restaurant, and it looks/feels/sounds like one. With that in mind: the food's not bad, actually pretty good. I usually have the grilled trout.
Service is excellent, and most of the time there is very little or no waiting. There was a time when you'd wait fifteen minutes while staring at empty tables. Now you will be seated immediately unless they're packed. Also, you can get in late -- 10:30 or after -- and still get great service.
There are a couple of star servers who really know the business, and apparently they've been mentoring the rest. Service happens quickly, plates disappear when empty, and you don't have to hunt for the wait-staff, but they don't pester you, either.
Overall, I'd recommend it.
