Two senior citizen ladies we spent two nights here.
Everyone said it would be noisy & rough; it wasn't.
Yes, there were construction fellas BBQing and drinking beer outside, but they were respectful & retired by 9:00pm.
This is in "hotel row"; there are several fast food/coffee shops restaurants within walking distance.
The beds and bathroom: great.
I'm a light sleeper --it was very quiet.
Breakfast: not so great, just o.k.
The t.v didn't work and the innkeeper couldn't have been better. Came up to fix it, couldn't ,offered to have the cable co. come or move us to another room.
T.V wasn't a big deal to us. They fixed it the next day.
His response to the problem is indicative of management's idea of what it is to be an
innkeeper.

I stayed in a room for 4 - two decently sized double beds. The room was clean. It's a good place to stay if you're just looking for a place to sleep. Breakfast is pretty simple - there's a waffle machine, some pastries, juice, coffee, milk.

The cleanest of a hotel is very important to me specially when you have young children. Quality Inn was very good and accessible on my trip to Salinas, the kids enjoyed to the max and they're very happy including with the little breakfast bar that has what you need. Thank you Quality Inn !

Didn't feel good as we checked in. The front desk insisted we should pay extra $10 for the roll away bed as we requested online booking. The fact is that it was charged in the process of online reservation, if she spent a minute to double check she will find out. The room we stayed is clean but the noise bothered us all night long.....not from the freeway traffic but the water pipe draining in the room and the compressor of ice machine, vending machine across our room.
Breakfast is barely acceptable in quality and quantity.
Can't get internet access.
Two adults and three children in a room with two queen and a roll away beds for $127, not worth the price.
The location made it difficult to a supermarket for grocery. A Carl's Jr seems to be the only choice nearby.

Won't stay there again.
