This is a small, bustling restaurant that turns out wonderful food in a convivial atmosphere. It is always crowded during prime dining hours, so it's a good idea to make a reservation or eat at an "off" hour. Even if you are not a fan of risotto, Cook might make you change your mind -- it's fabulous, as are the other options on the menu. Service can be occasionally spotty, but usually it's friendly and helpful.
