Description: Gott's Roadside is a different kind of burger joint. We serve juicy cheeseburgers with thick chocolate shakes, but our versions of these American classics are made-to-order from top-notch, locally sourced ingredients. Our menu goes beyond the beef to include a renowned Ahi tuna burger, fresh salads and tacos. Try finding those at your average drive-in. Our commitment to local sourcing also extends to the glass: our list of California wines and beers means you can order a cheeseburger with a high-end Napa Valley cabernet, or sip a San Francisco-brewed Anchor Steam alongside your spicy, sweet potato fries.

“Taylor's Refresher still does”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 17, 2013

Long before the Gott's thankfully bought, reconditioned and expanded this drive up restaurant, it was Taylor's Refresher. The food has only gotten better. Break out from the burger and fries and try the Ahi Burger. Wonderful grilled strips of ahi tuna rare inside, stuffed into the ubiquitous burger bun used for all burger sandwiches at Gotts. A delicious sauce and mix of cabbage and lettuce will make you pleased that you grabbed a few extra napkins. The service is pleasant but the lines--oh the lines, especially on weekends when the weather is good. Still a welcome change from the also wonderful wine inspired restaurants of St Helena.

“Worth the trip”

Outdoor setting in the middle of St Helena. A bit pricey, but the food is excellent. The service is wonderful. Fresh fish and excellent beef make any sandwich a good pick.

“Old School Drive In”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 24, 2013

Minus the drive in. Actually a walk up. Show up here any day of the week for lunch and plan to stand in line. It is worth it for the sweet potato fries, burger and milkshake. Portions are large.

“Fun place in Napa Valley”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 20, 2013 via mobile

My wife an I had lunch here before we visited some wineries. She had the Fish tacos which she thought was good and I had the green chile cheeseburger which was also good. We did love the sweet potato fries and the atmosphere was fantastic.
